Delivery, return and exchange conditions
The advance of 50% is not refundable if the order is canceled after it has been confirmed and the production process has been initiated. After placing a firm order, the ongoing order can no longer be modified. If the manufacturing process has been initiated, the advance cannot be refunded in full, the amount to be refunded will be recalculated to cover any loss on the manufacturing process.
Delivery
An order is considered to be valid only after the payment of the 50% advance. Orders placed without paying the advance will be considered invalid. The rest of the amount of 50% related to the placed order will be paid upon delivery. When the order is shipped, the user will be notified by e-mail. The delivery terms are mentioned at the time of order confirmation, the delivery time may differ depending on specifications, quantities, etc.
If the products ordered become unavailable (stock errors, the order cannot be delivered for objective reasons) after order confirmation, WEARETHEBRANDERS.COM will inform the customer about the unavailability of the products and will refund the payment (if applicable) within 5 days.
The customer acknowledges receipt of the products by signing the delivery note. Parcels are shipped through Urgent Cargus/DPD Curier/Bookurier/DHL or other carrier and the shipping time is between 1-3 working days (variable depending on the delivery address) WEARETHEBRANDERS.COM is not responsible for any situations that may arise after the order leaves the warehouse and during delivery (delayed shipments, roadblocks, failure to deliver a shipment, erroneous addresses, recipient impossible to contact)
Orders with wrong data, missing information are considered orders unable to deliver. WEARETHEBRANDERS.COM will notify the customer about any possible rectification and will not assume responsibility for cases in which the customer cannot be contacted. WEARETHEBRANDERS.COM reserves the right to cancel the order within 7 working days from the customer's notification.
Return and exchange
WEARETHEBRANDERS.COM sells only customized products according to customer specifications. If the customer opts for the purchase of customized products, made according to their own specifications, he agrees that such products are not returnable and can not be replaced, being exempted from the right of return.
The products sold by WEARETHEBRANDERS.COM fall under this exception. If the return/exchange intention is caused by an error produced by WEARETHEBRANDERS.COM (wrong order, wrong quantity, incorrect size, factory defect), WEARETHEBRANDERS.COM assumes responsibility and will replace/change the products to comply with the customer specifications. In this case, the customer will not pay any additional return fees.
WEARETHEBRANDERS.COM reserves the right to refuse to accept the return or refund the amount related to the product/products in full if the order is canceled after confirmation of payment.
We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges that are sent by other means of carrier, other than the one mentioned, we reserve the right to refuse any order returned without prior notice of the intention to return. The renunciation of the purchase, the excessive use of the return/exchange services will be considered abuse.

The client will be contacted by phone by the courier in order to pick up the package and will pay the amount related to the shipping. WEARETHEBRANDERS.COM undertakes to notify the customer by e-mail when he enters into possession of the products intended for return/exchange and to confirm the change of products or the refund the paid amount.
